Energy Summit in Trebinje

The “Energy Summit SET 2020” is the largest conference dedicated to energy held in the Republic of Srpska. The summit brought together over 400 participants from eight countries in the region and the European Union.

For the summit, BAM Consult provided complete PR support, which included organizing appearances of SET representatives on television stations, creating PR materials for print and web media, managing social media, preparing SET sponsors and representatives for media appearances, inviting journalists to the event, communicating with journalists before, during, and after the event, and compiling a complete press clipping after the event.

We designed all visual solutions for the summit. Based on these designs, we prepared OOH ads, print media ads, banners, agendas, accreditations, bags, and folders.

We conceptualized the entire stage design and executed its setup. For the stage design, we installed 65 square meters of LED displays, complete lighting, top-notch audio systems, and interpreter booths for simultaneous translation.

At the summit, we used a digital participant accreditation system. Each participant had a unique chip-accredited card, allowing us to provide the client with complete statistics on lecture attendance after the event.
