The owner of BAM Consult, Saša Grabovac, has been working in the fields of advertising and communications for over 20 years.

He started his professional career at Alternative Television in 2000, where he held positions as account manager, communications director, and then sales director. Since 2007, he has been the executive director of the Association of Economists of the Republic of Srpska SWOT.

He has successfully realized numerous media projects and public campaigns. He is the organizer of a whole series of business, sports, and cultural events, including: Jahorina Economic Forum, Trebinje Energy Summit, Ddays Conference, Insurance Days of the Republic of Srpska, a concert by the music group Van Gog, Miss Republic of Srpska pageant, the fiscal lottery “Count 10 receipts and win an apartment”, the socially responsible campaign “Stop Smuggling”, and many others.

At BAM Consult, she is responsible for sales and communication with clients, as well as the implementation of contracted projects.

She gained experience working at the Ministry of Labor and Veterans Protection of the Republic of Srpska, Nova Bank, the Notary Office of Zoran Malešević, and as the secretary of the Association of Economists SWOT of the Republic of Srpska (from 2009 to 2022), where she was responsible for administrative tasks.

Over the years, she has gained extensive experience in organizing various business events (over 90 events, seminars, workshops, round tables, conferences, forums…) where she was responsible for a range of activities such as communication and coordination of all participants in business events (speakers, attendees, sponsors, hotel staff, logistics, printing, media…).

She is a final-year student at the Faculty of Law in Banja Luka.

Responsible for: Analysis, management, and development of business processes, promotion and coordination of projects, monitoring regulations in the field of accounting and taxes.

Graduated economist with extensive experience in administration, accounting, marketing, and public relations.

She gained several years of marketing and PR experience in the media field at Alternative Television as a PR assistant, and later as a promotion coordinator at Alternative Television, dealing with the promotion of program content, TV personalities, organizing media sponsorships, developing internal communications, branding, and developing new communication channels.

Later, she directed her interests towards finance and accounting, working in bookkeeping and obtaining a certified accountant license.

She graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Subotica, University of Novi Sad in 1999, majoring in finance and accounting.
