Founder

He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Banja Luka, majoring in Business Economics.
After completing his studies, he was employed at Alternative Television as a sales agent. He soon takes over the management of the corporate communications sector. After that, he took the position of sales director.
For a time, he worked as the director of the Profi Nova branch office in Banja Luka. The main activity of Profi Nova is consulting in the field of accounting and finance.
He is the founder and executive director of the Association of Economists of the RS “SWOT” since its establishment in 2007 until today. In this position, he initiates and leads various activities in the following areas: education (conferences, forums, round tables, seminars, etc.), publishing (website, quarterly SWOT monitor, books, etc.), projects financed by domestic and foreign donors. , market research, etc.
His areas of expertise are: market research, advertising, public relations (media relations, internal public relations), sales and education.
For two years, he was a member of the Board of Directors of the Medicines Agency of the Republika Srpska. He is one of the founders of SOZ.
He participated in numerous professional seminars and other types of education in the domain of his professional engagement.
Financial advisor

He graduated from the “Braća Karić” University in Belgrade, after completing his basic studies at the “Alfa” University, he obtained a master’s degree in management. In 2011, he enrolled in doctoral studies at the “John Nesbit” University in Belgrade.
He gained extensive work experience in high management positions at Colorit d.o.o. Banja Luka, Accounting Bureau and Tobacco Factory Banja Luka, working in accounting, financial consulting, etc.
He is the author of numerous research papers, as well as numerous projects and studies that he did during his career.
Thanks to the practical experience gained in management positions, as well as the rich knowledge he acquired through his research work, his field of expertise is focused on financial consulting, the creation of economic feasibility studies, the creation of development strategies and programs, etc.
He participated in numerous professional seminars and other types of education in the field of professional engagement. He also participates as a lecturer in many courses and seminars in his domain.
Advisor for digitization and reform of public administration

Graduated and master’s degree at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Banja Luka, Computer Technology and Automation/Computer Science and Informatics.
The topic of his master’s thesis was “Rationalization and improvement of the efficiency of public administration using ICT”, which later became his narrower specialty.
He gained work experience in private IT companies (“Računari d.o.o.”, “Koleks Plaškora” Banja Luka, “PG Usluga d.o.o.”, FINIT Consulting d.o.o. Sarajevo), banking (Kristal banka, later Hypo-Alpe-Adria bank a.d.; current name Addiko bank a.d.), working for international organizations (USAID, as a local IT expert hired by DAI – Bethesda, Maryland, USA) and in the state administration (Tax Administration of the Republika Srpska), where out of 11 years of work in that institution, he spent a total of 9 in various managerial positions positions or advisory in the director’s cabinet.
He made an exceptional contribution to the successful implementation of a series of important reforms in the domain of the tax system that were successfully implemented in the Tax Administration of the Republic of Srpska from 2007 to 2011 and that established a system that has not been fundamentally changed to this day. He was a leader or member of several inter-institutional working groups and commissions at the level of the Government of the Republic of Srpska.
He was engaged as a consultant on a large number of projects in BiH and other countries of the region (Macedonia, Montenegro), including the analysis of the applicability of certain models and experiences from Croatia, Serbia in BiH. The mentioned projects were financed by various international organizations (USAID, World Bank, SIDA, British government) and he was part of the implementation teams of large international companies IFC, PwC, S&T or their local partners.
In addition, he successfully tried his hand at being the author of dozens of professional and entertainment-professional articles that at one time appeared regularly in the magazines “Boot” Banja Luka, “Porezni savjej” Sarajevo, along with one article in the magazine “FINRAR” Banja Luka.

She gained many years of marketing and PR experience in the field of media at Alternativna Television as a PR assistant, and later as a promotion coordinator at Alternativna dealing with the promotion of program content, TV personalities, organizing media sponsorships, developing internal communications, branding, and developing new communication channels.
Later, he focuses his interests in the field of finance and accounting, working in bookkeeping and obtaining a certified accountant’s license.
Graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Subotica, University of Novi Sad in 1999, majoring in finance and accounting.
Investor Support Advisor

Graduated economist with rich practical experience in the field of working with domestic and foreign investors in all phases of the investment process.
From the initial communication and information, organizing field tours of locations and visits to local companies, through the registration of business entities and leading the process in the earliest stages of investment.
A special segment of expertise is related to the provision of services in the higher stages of the realization of an investment in a greenfield and/or brownfield location, which includes organization and support in the process of administrative preparation of documentation, guidance through the construction process (location conditions, construction and use permit), and numerous other activities in coordination with key actors.
This part of expertise is the most important and most appreciated by domestic and foreign investors, which resulted in numerous contacts and realized investments, the most important of which are the investment projects of the company Austronet d.o.o. and Advanced Forming Bosnia d.o.o. (Austria), Edna Metalworking d.o.o. and Roundliner BH d.o.o. (Germany), EH Solutions d.o.o. and SB Laser d.o.o. (Switzerland), Nuti Due d.o.o. and Bosancar d.o.o. (Italy), Kolektor CCL d.o.o. and Cablex BH d.o.o. (Slovenia), and numerous others.
Preparation and management of territorial marketing campaigns is another segment where many years of work experience in a development agency comes to the fore and completes the scope of expertise. Direct marketing campaigns (outreach), organization of business events and conferences, focused campaigns are part of the offer that is particularly interesting for local communities that are establishing a support system for investors and the business sector in general.
He led and was a member of several teams for the preparation of feasibility studies and pre-investment studies for the establishment of business zones, and was engaged on several occasions by international organizations and local communities in Bosnia and Herzegovina to provide education and organize workshops on the topic of local economic development instruments with a focus on business zones. and working with investors.
