The Fourth Conference “Insurance Days of Republika Srpska” DORS 2025

BAM consult played a key role in the technical organization and realization of the fourth conference DORS 2025 “Insurance Days of Republika Srpska.”

In cooperation with the Association of Insurance Companies of Republika Srpska, we created and realized the complete event concept, including planning, visual identity, communication, technical, and logistical support throughout the two days of the conference.

We concluded the conference with:

• 300 participants
• 2 keynote speakers
• 5 panels
• 10 media sponsors

We implemented PR SUPPORT, which included:

• Organizing appearances of representatives of the organizers, speakers, and sponsors on television.
• Creating PR articles for print and web media.
• Social media management.
• Preparing sponsors and speakers for media appearances.
• Inviting journalists and communication before, during, and after the event.
• Compiling the complete press clipping.
• Quantitative and qualitative analyses of media coverage.

We designed all visual solutions for DORS 2025, including:

• LED display for scenography
• Ads for print and OOH media
• Banners and preparations for social media
• Accreditations and accompanying visual material

We ran an integrated advertising campaign (OOH and social media), managed all external communication (with participants, speakers, sponsors, and media), and handled the full event production, including scenography and video materials (aftermovie/reels).

We especially highlight the organization and production of the program segment “Work Hard, Play Hard,” which promotes the ideal balance between professional engagement and well-deserved relaxation:

Organization of a stand-up performance by Neša Bridžis, one of the most famous regional comedians, with the “BEST OF” program – the best segments from over 15 years of his career. The performance was designed to boost the mental energy of the participants and provide rest and entertainment between professional lectures and panels.

Production of the evening program and after-party on the island “Stara Ada” and the organization of a performance by the musical virtuoso Aleksandar Sofronijević, with 16 artists and five singers.

Sofronijević performance represented a superb musical spectacle and an unforgettable conclusion to DORS 2025, while providing an ideal opportunity for informal networking and further connection among conference participants.
