First Digital Conference D Days “Back to the Future”

On September 30 and October 1, 2021, the first digital conference D Days “Back to the Future” was held at the “Kardial” Hotel in Teslić.

Participants, who could attend the conference either live or online, were provided with an engaging insight into the achievements in the global and regional ICT technology markets. Through the practical experiences of panelists and speakers, we examined where Bosnia and Herzegovina and the surrounding region currently stand, as well as what steps need to be taken to catch up with the developed world.

The conference was held in compliance with epidemiological conditions.

For the D DAYS event, we handled:

PR SUPPORT, which included:

• Organizing appearances of event organizers, speakers, and sponsors on television stations
• Creating PR materials for print and web media
• Managing social media
• Preparing sponsors and speakers for media appearances
• Inviting journalists to the event and communicating with them before, during, and after the event
• Producing a complete press clipping after the event
• Performing quantitative and qualitative analyses of publications

We designed all visual solutions for D Days.

We prepared:

• LED displays for the stage setup
• Print ads, OOH media
• Banners, social media preparations
• Accreditations

We produced a TV commercial and radio jingles.

We created the website digitalnakonferencija.ba and the D Days app.

We also developed an advertising campaign for TV, radio, OOH media, social media, and Google (GDN, GSN).

We conceptualized the entire stage design and executed its setup.

We communicated with all participants, speakers, sponsors, and media, and provided socializing and educational opportunities.
