Insurance Days of the Republic of Srpska DORS 2023

The second Insurance Days of the Republic of Srpska (DORS) was held in Bijeljina at the “Stanišići” Ethno village on October 19 and 20, 2023, organized by the Association of Insurance Companies of the Republic of Srpska.

The technical organization of DORS was entrusted to BAM Consult. DORS was organized through a professional conference and informal gatherings.

For the needs of DORS, we:

• Designed all visual solutions. Based on the design solutions, we produced preparations for banners, agendas, accreditations, and all visual elements for the stage setup (animations, trailer, etc.)
• Updated the website osiguranjers.com
• Conceptualized the complete stage setup for the conference held in the “Stanišići” Ethno village and implemented its setup. For the stage, we installed 50 square meters of LED displays, completed the lighting setup, and installed top-notch audio systems.
• Provided PR support, which included organizing appearances of DORS representatives on television stations, creating PR articles for print and web media, managing social media accounts, preparing DORS representatives for media appearances, inviting journalists to the event, communicating with journalists before, during, and after the event, and compiling a complete press clipping after the event.
• Advertised on social media and Google (GDN and GSN)
• Sent invitations to participants through newsletters and direct emails and calls.
• Organized a welcome cocktail for all participants (venue rental, decorations, music, menu, drinks, coordination)
• Organized a gala dinner for all participants (venue rental, decorations, music, menu, drinks, coordination)
• Used a digital participant accreditation system with QR codes. After the event, we provided the client with complete analytics of registered participants.
• Coordinated all participants, speakers, sponsors, media, and provided opportunities for socializing and education.

DORS was attended by over 200 participants.
